Rebel Minds Consulting provides organizational performance consulting, training, workshops, assessments, and advisory services focused on execution reliability, performance stability, leadership systems, and operational effectiveness.

Our Services are educational and advisory in nature. They are designed to support organizational decision‑making and performance systems, not to replace internal management judgment, legal counsel, medical advice, or clinical psychological care.

2) Non‑clinical & non‑diagnostic disclaimer

Rebel Minds Consulting does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Our assessments and frameworks (including PSI / Performance Stability Index and related tools) are non‑diagnostic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.

3) No guarantees of outcomes

Performance outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including leadership behavior, organizational culture, execution discipline, market conditions, and implementation quality. While we provide evidence‑informed systems and tools, we do not guarantee specific business, revenue, retention, safety, or performance results.

4) Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during assessments and engagements.
• Ensure participants are authorized by the organization to participate.
• Implement recommendations at your discretion and responsibility.
• Comply with all applicable workplace, labor, privacy, and safety regulations.

5) Intellectual property & proprietary methodology

All content, materials, assessments, frameworks, tools, workshop content, PSI™ / Performance Stability Index™, Performance Stability System™, reports, and written or verbal deliverables are the intellectual property of Rebel Minds Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use deliverables internally within your organization for the purpose provided. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works from our proprietary methodology without prior written permission.

6) Confidentiality

We treat assessment inputs, operational data, and client materials as confidential business information. We will not disclose identifiable client data except as required to deliver services, comply with law, or with your written consent.

Clients agree not to disclose Rebel Minds proprietary materials, tools, or internal methodologies to third parties without authorization.

7) Payment, scheduling & cancellations

Fees, schedules, travel terms, and payment timelines are defined in proposals or engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may delay delivery of services or reports.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with short notice may incur fees for reserved time, preparation, or travel already incurred.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebel Minds Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss, arising from the use of our Services or materials.

Our total liability for any claim related to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to Rebel Minds Consulting for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Minds Consulting and its consultants, officers, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

10) Use of website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with the security or availability of the site or assessment systems.

11) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rebel Minds Consulting is principally located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
